Privacy

The short version, while we're in beta.

AIMAN is in private beta. These pages explain the product and the current terms of using it.

What we store.Your phone number for sign-in through Microsoft Azure AD B2C, and the career profile you build with AIMAN: what you tell it in conversation, resumes or documents you upload, and the material it generates for you. That data is stored per account and is never mixed into a shared pool other users can see.

Account access.Phone sign-in uses SMS verification. A recovery email address, when enrolled, supports account recovery, not email sign-in. Your selected light or dark appearance is also passed to the sign-in page so the experience stays consistent; it does not change how your identity is verified.

How data is used.We don't sell your data. Service providers support sign-in, hosting, storage, and AI-assisted features. Job applications are submitted by you, on the employer's site — AIMAN prepares them, it never sends them for you.

Your controls. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be deleted, at any time by emailing elyas@agentaiman.com. Deletion requests are honoured promptly while the self-serve one-click delete is being built.

This page is a beta-period summary, not the final policy. The full privacy policy ships before public launch, and we'll tell you when it does.
